Forbid duplicate keys in strict mode (#121)

* Forbid duplicate keys in strict mode

Prevents specifying duplicate keys using
UnmarshallStrict: https://pkg.go.dev/gopkg.in/yaml.v2#UnmarshalStrict

* Add acceptance tests for duplicated properties
